很優秀的服務與乾淨環境，員工都很有禮貌。地點很好，離濱城市場2分鐘路程。轉角就有超商。樓下就有洗頭與按腳。離日本街約一公里。早餐健康豐富，可以滿足大部分人的需求。除了咖啡喝不喜歡，其他都很好🤣 下次來還是會優先選這裡⋯⋯

酒店環境舒適，房間整潔寬敞，床品柔軟，睡得好好。服務員態度親切，check-in快捷。早餐選擇多樣，味道不錯。地點便利，附近有好多食肆同景點。唯一小缺點係Wi-Fi有時唔太穩定。整體嚟講，性價比高，下次會再入住！

The hotel room looks run down. The cleanliness is a doubt. The curtains look like they have not been washed for years. And it's directly below the pillow. The aircon positioning is bad. It's directly above the bed, and the air blows directly to our faces. Had to wake up so many times to adjust the temperature. The pillow is like a kids' pillow, so flat and as good as sleeping without a pillow. Though the towels are so called new but stains are spotted. So the hotel hygiene is really a question. Requested for iron, and it came without an ironing board. The condition of the iron was bad, as shown in the picture. You can skip the morning breakfast if you are looking for halal food. You can only eat the bread and fruits from the buffet spread. It's not worth paying the extra. The only pro about it is the amenities. If you are looking for halal food, it's just across the hotel. The Ben Thanh Market is also across the street.

Были в этом отеле в августе 2025 г приехали во Вьетнам по работе, этот отель выбрал из-за нормального расположения и цена была не завышена в сезон. Отель не плохой, завтрак понравился по меркам Вьетнама. Могу посоветовать для бизнес поездки или отдыха с семьей.

This is by far one of the best hotel stay experience i've ever had. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is plentiful to satisfy by western and eastern delicacies. Location is very central within walking distance to Ben Thanh market, District K club/pub, and plenty of restaurants selection whether it be for the budget travellers or the high rollers. Definitely best value for budget price!

房間比較小，不過該有的都有，沙發，桌子，椅子，吹風機等都有。早餐有香蕉，小番茄，米粉，紅薯🍠，烤肉，麵包，果汁等。前台服務態度還可以，還幫忙提行李。窗戶很小，還有房間不隔音，有點動靜就能聽到，這邊的水感覺有個不知道什麼味，水龍頭出水口不知道什麼設計，很特別。價格感覺有點小貴。個人感覺簡單暫時入住還可以，不建議長期住。

接近檳城市場附近的飯店，設施雖然使用比較久，但是是清潔衛生，房間的熱水要開比較久才會有熱水，但是距離市區及跟附近的景點走路就可以到，交通算是便利

It's a bad experience. I booked a family suite for 4 people. Upon check in, the reception didn't inform me about the unavailability of family room and gave me a normal room. I check in to the room and found out that there was only a queen bed and a single bed. I went down to check with the reception and was told that their family room had run out. It's impossible to sleep with a family of 4 people with a queen and single bed. I wanted to cancel but was told that there was no refund. The attitude given to me by the reception was terrible too. Unbearable. Later came a manager and talked to me nicely. She tried to solve the problem by giving the room an extra bed and refund me 20000 dong. I agreed and the bed was set up. I took the 20000 dong and tips the manager. It's not about the refund of money. It's the attitude I can't accept. Their bathtub was very dirty. I didn't even use the bathtub. I will not book this hotel anymore.

: The hotel's location is fantastic, with plenty of amazing food options nearby. The cafes are great, and it's just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market. The breakfast selection was also top-notch! But what really made our stay special was the exceptional service from the staff. Jenny went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday extra special, decorating the room and even arranging for the staff to sing her a birthday song! Tommy also provided outstanding service, always greeting us with a warm smile. I also highly recommend the massage place nearby (not the one directly below the hotel). The prices quoted are inclusive of tips, and the owner, a friendly guy, remembers his customers. Overall, I'm so impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a great location! Some of my favorite nearby food spots include: - Tonkin Speciality coffee (cheap and good, awesome service) - Taco del sol (beautiful decor) - Soko (love everything about this place!) Pro tip for coffee drinkers. Highland coffee is about 500m walking distance but you can get delivered by Grab at a small fee and they are delivered extremely fast like in 15mins!
